The primary purpose of a sports drink is to hydrate your body, but when you’ve finished exercising, there are two other key metabolic processes that you need to support – glycogen replenishment and muscle tissue repair.

Replace Recovery has been developed with a scientifically proven four to one carbohydrate to protein ratio that will help you recover faster. 

• Improve recovery time after training 
• Rapidly restore depleted fluid, energy and electrolyte reserves 
• Speed muscle glycogen replenishment and rebuild muscle protein

After training sessions, events or heavy physical activity. Consume within 30 minutes of completing exercise (during exercise, use Replace Hydration).
